The Nantucket Hunting Association is a dues and donation-funded, 501c3 nonprofit corporation with a mission to preserve the traditions of ethical hunting and to maintain the balance of Nantucket's wildlife resources. Founded in 1997, the association has members residing in 7 states. Association programs include Hunter Safety Education Courses given on Nantucket.

 

Meetings are held on the second Wednesday of every month at 7:00pm at the VFW 22 New South Rd. Non-members and prospective members are welcome to attend!

 

The NHA is currently working on the development of the first formal shooting facility, the Nantucket Shooting Park, on Nantucket. Check the NHA message board for progress reports.
